Rough finish workshop
We use high-precision CNC lathes especially designed for corrugating rolls, all are imported from abroad. These lathes are used to machine the rough corrugating rolls to high standard of production, ensure that the inner and outer surfaces of the rolls are flat and even.
Heat treatment workshop
Our corrugating rolls are treated with medium frequency quenching technology, which harden the base material of the corrugated rolls in a completely vertical position, ensuring a hardening depth of 10mm and a base material hardness of HRC60±1. This treatment gives the base material the best toughness and stability, making it more durable and reliable in use.
Grinding workshop
In a completely constant temperature, humidity and shock proof working environment, our grinding technology of corrugating roll can show its unique advantages. The corrugating rolls have some high-quality characteristics. The CNC grinder and the base material can be perfectly integrated to achieve the highest precision of the corrugated teeth shape, and the parallelism and true roundness can be controlled within 0.02mm.

We use imported CNC grinding machines for corrugating roll that can achieve ultimate stability and high precision by our advanced computerized management system.

We use special test paper machine for corrugating roll test to comprehensively inspect the corrugating roll corrugation type, profile, parallelism, pressure balance, and gap size to ensure that it meets the high-precision manufacturing standards of the processing technology.
Corrugating roll surface finishment
The surface roughness of the corrugating roll can reach Ra 0.1~0.2μm after special polishing process.

Coating equipment
